1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong product has been sent
- There are missing parts in the package
2. Return Process
2.1 Inspection and Notification
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product thoroughly within 2 days of delivery.
- If you find any damage, wrong item, or missing parts, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Notifications received after 2 days for missing parts will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
2.2 Return Request

- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged product or wrong item received.
2.3 Return Window
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of the order date.
- We will not accept any return requests made after 7 days of the order date, unless required by law.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund amount will include the cost of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacements
- If available, we will offer a replacement for damaged or incorrectly sent items.
- In case a replacement is not available, we will process a refund as per the above-mentioned policy.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, altered, or customized are not eligible for return or refund.
- Certain items like helmets, if used or worn, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before the item is shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (damaged product, wrong item sent), we will bear the cost of return shipping.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
